![]() ![]() Add in Flatstick owner Sam Largent’s game inventions-Duffleboard, Smash Stick!-and you’re likely to spend an entire evening in the subterranean adult playground in Pioneer Square or its swankier new sibling in South Lake Union. Also please pay for this parking else they charge you a ticket for $55.Īll in all I am glad I tried this brewery but may not come back again since I did not enjoy their collection as much i would love to.The combination of Washington beer and miniature golf is an undeniable recipe for a fun night. I mean this aint Seattle downtown to charge those rates. The first thing I noticed when we stopped by is that they have no free parking and the private lot is expensive. This place has a good vibe with the dj playing some good music but at times it can be too loud to hear any conversations. ![]() Not sure what went wrong this day but we did not really enjoy our beers here. Even our friends who joined us here had the same opinion. I then ordered the saizon which was also okay. Both the beers were okay and tasted flat. They do have seats for smaller groups but for larger groupd, you may need to split up across tables or wait for some folks to leave to be able to occupy the chairs and tables available.Īnyways, we ordered the mexican lager and longbutt beer. We walked in and immediately noticed that they have a very very limited beer menu. Had read alot about Lowercase Brewing and wanted to try it out for a long time. I got a shirt and was back to my seat in 5 minutes and barely missed a song. Once the headliner is on their second or third song, then go to the merch line. By the time you get there, the show will just be starting the line to get in will be practically nonexistent. Find a bar and go have a cheap drink or two while all those hundreds of people shuffle into the venue. By the time venue doors open and let people in the line to get in will be HUGE! Go find somewhere close to the freeway to park. If doors open at 7 and show starts at 8, don't bother to show up until 8. We opted to park somewhere close to the I-5 freeway on ramp a mile away for free and had a Lyft take us to and from the show. Lyft picked us up right in front of the theater with no issues in one minute, and in only 10 short minutes, we were at our car and on the freeway. After Shinedown's last song, my wife and I were out the door in one minute. Sometimes, it can take over an hour to leave a concert. Honestly, there is not a bad seat in the theater. They had helpful staff everywhere to help you find your seat. Despite the cost, It's a good idea because who wants to spill their $12 beers? This lid seals to prevent spillage. If you want to bring your beverage into the seating area, it costs an additional $4 per drink to get a "special" cup that's plastic with a lid to pour your drink into. At the end of the night, four hard ciders and a shot of Jack cost $62. With Covid protocols, it was fast and easy getting into the door. My wife and I had a date night and saw Shinedown last night. It's a staple venue for any successful artists to perform at. The Moore theater is an old, beautiful, classy theater with a great history and is absolutely one of my favorite places to see a show. Small clubs, large arenas, amphitheaters, inside, outside, everything. I've seen hundreds of concerts all over the world. This is a sitting only venue with no standing room for mosh pits. Ideal place to see your favorite band in an intimate setting without the chaos of fighting for your personal space. Worth a visit if you like very good music and the price is not a deterrent. If you are looking for a good dance club this is a good place to go-the main drawback is the high price-it cost 20 dollars for me to enter (and I bought ahead of time- it was even more at the door) which is why I did not give the club a higher rating than 3/12 stars since the music was excellent and I enjoyed myself. The audience comprised about 75% male the night I went and I did not see many people hooking up the night I was there (most people danced with the people they came in with and I did not see much mixing with other people from my observations). Most of the males in the crowd were wearing a polo shirt or a tshirt and jeans (i would recommend wearing a nice polo shirt and decent jeans if you are a guy). They have bottle service (as I recall it was 600$-I politely declined- a female employee approached me and asked if I was interested in it (probably because I was older and better dressed than most in the club since I had a sports jacket and dress shirt on). The music is excellent- the leadoff Dj was good and the main act-Ducky on the night I went was outstanding. There is a main dancefloor, a VIP room and a main bar. The club is not as large as photos make it appear. Q nightclub is a good nightclub that mostly serves a younger audience in their 20's. ![]()
